Being lightheaded can be caused by poor blood circulation, lack of oxygen, lack of calories, allergies, and dehydration. Drink a class of water when you wake up, during physical exertion and before each meal. Exercising and deep breathing, like yoga and stretching, can help with circulation and oxygen levels. Maybe try an allergy medicine and see if that helps too.

A poor diet, exertion, dehydration, iron deficiency and diabetes can all be causes. It may indicate more serious conditions such as a brain tumor or embolism. Lightheadedness may also occur when you get up too quickly after lying down for too long, usually as a result of low blood pressure.

Being lightheaded can be a result of several factors, external or internal. Externally, it could be from the environment. If you work somewhere with gaseous chemicals, that would definitely explain it. Otherwise, it could be internal in which case you need to see a doctor to find out.

You might have low blood pressure. If you haven't tried diet changes or exercise, you might want to start there.
