Many illnesses can cause these symptoms. The flu virus is one illness. A sinus infection could cause dizziness. Motion sickness is another. Ear infections can cause dizziness. These are also symptoms that a person can get before the onset of a migraine headache. Blood pressure problems can also cause these symptoms.

Two things cause that for me the first is migrane headaches and the second is low blood sugar both can be controlled see your doctor.
