Yes, this obviously varies from country to country although there some similarities. Both in Belgium and in the US, for instance, the fourth-graders are supposed to work with fractions and understand the clock.

The benchmarks of fourth grade math can be the in different states. They may differ from country to country. For example, the math regulations in China are stricter than the regulations in America. Benchmarks include: 1. Can your child do long division? 2. Can your child do long multiplication?
