There are many casual on-line games that can become quite addictive. Most are free, or available for very inexpensive downloads. Do an internet search for "free on-line games."

I would say one of the most addictive games on this earth is World of Warcraft. I am hopelessly addicted to it. Diablo 2 isn't bad either.
