You can only quit when you're truly ready. When you are ready to quit your addiction you should find information on a drug addiction support group and/or a good rehab facility in your area in order to get clean.
You need help. Try looking into buprenorphene, chances are that it might help with your percocet addiction. Also remember that it's not impossible to quit.
