Black pumps and a black belt would be nice if it is a straight dress. Do not go with too much jewelry since the dress is gold.

Since gold is very flashy, you'll want to play it down a little. Wear some classy black strapy heals, and simple jewelry. A overly-long gemstone necklace, earrings and A ring with a little sparkle, and maybe a simple gold band bracelet. Or try hoop earrings. Also a simple black handbag.

Good accessories for a woman to wear with a gold dress would be gold jewlery of any kind. It's important that all the shades of gold match though.

It's too much gold to wear gold jewelry with a gold dress unless there is just gold accenting on the dress. Don't wear silver with the gold dress either, I would stick with classic black jewelry because that will look nice with the overpowering color of the dress. It looks sleek and sophisticated.
