If you don't have any back or spine problems, then you shouldn't go to a chiropractor. Like the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Sometimes some chiropractor can be bad for you. They may actually make things worse if they accidently (or knowingly) mess something up.

Chiropractors often believe that they can cure all ills and they can make more promises than they can fulfill. One reason not to go is that it may not work.

Everyone that I know that goes to a chiropractor has benefited so the only reason I can think of that a patient wouldn't go is too old and brittle.

I tried a chiropractor for about 3 months. While I felt better after the alignments, but a few weeks later I needed another adjustment and then another. I didn't want to have to go to one for the rest of my life. The cost is also high if you go regularly.

if you wouldn't need an adjustment then you wouldn't get out of alignment... if you don't want to keep going then either quit whining or lay on your back for the rest of your life and don't move.  add a comment

Some people believe that since they are not MD's or medically trained they may cause injury to your spine. They prefer physical therapists instead.
