Modified car parts are any part of the car that can be changed to improve the car itself. Some examples of modified car parts are mufflers, intakes, etc. Changing these wil improve the overall performance of the car.

"Modified car parts" are mostly illegal changes to normal car parts such as low skirts on cars. Modified parts are still parts but changed either for increased performance or ascetics. Items like nitrous are illegal, in which the car does not come with and is explosive which is why it's one of many banned car parts on the market
