There are several reqirements. On Bars, the most important new skill is the KIP. The cartwheel on Beam and the double back handspring and front tuck on Floor are required.
Basically, the requirements differ according to which level your in and for what league. Each league has different requirements. Thus the best thing to do is ask your coach for the requirements. If not, you can also take a look at the official gymnastic association requirements on the internet as well.
This requires various specific skills on the vault, low bar, high bar, balance beam, and floor exercise. Some skills include handstands, split jumps, backwalkovers, pivot turns, etc.
