Jiffy peat pots are cute little "coins" of peat moss, compacted into a biodegradable piece of open weave cloth. All you have to do to use them is to soak them in water until they puff up, then plant seeds or put small plant cuttings in the top.

They a great way to start young plants. They are made from peat moss - you put the plant in there with a little soil and when the plant is ready to go outside you plant pot and all. The pot will rot and the roots stay undisturbed.
