Some examples of good games for older computers are Fallout, Half Life, Fallout 2, Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights. All of these should run fine on an older computer.

Tons of them!! All you have to do is look at stats of your computer. Decide when it was "advanced" and then look at highly rated games during that year!

Any original DOS games with few graphics are good for slow computers. This includes Pong, Dig Dugg, and Donkey Kong.

If your computer runs ok online you should try playing a browser style game. try a site like kongregate or flash games. these need relatively little memory.

depends on the type of slowness (new but has integrated graphics card vs. OLD) for simply a bad graphics card, i recommend any total war game older than empire TW.
