Celery, bananas, "lite" salt (contains potassium chloride), brussels sprouts, dried fruits such as dates, figs, raisins, and prunes are rich in potassium. Also tomatoes, vegetable juices, potatoes and sweet potatoes, and yams, dandelion leaf, and spinach.
