They are the fees associated with selling on Ebay. There are listing fees, which are based on the starting price of the item, and there are fees that are charged to you once the auction is over. Seller fees are a cost of doing business on Ebay, just like you would pay rent in a store.

There is a insertion fee, and final value fee if the item sells. The basic cost of selling an item is the insertion fee plus the final value fee.
