Roseola is a virus infection frequent among little kids that produces a skin rash after a high fever. The child may have a decrfeased appetite and swollen glands. No treatment is necessary, just fever control

Rosella is caused by two viruses- human herpesvirus (HHV) type 6 and most probably type 7. Both these viruses are of the same strain and are associated with each other closely.

Roseola is a disease caused by a virus and is usually seen in infants and children. Viruses are contagious but this one has no great risk.
