Candy trains are fun, edible holiday decorations, made to look like trains with lifesaver rolls, Rollos, red and white peppermints for wheels, etc. Betty Crocker has directions on their site, and there are many, varied instructions on the Web. Great fun for a kids party, or holiday table centerpiece.
