There are the nerve cells in the eyes for the vision, in the ears for audio, in the tongue for taste, the receptors in the nose for smelling and the entire skin for touch. As it is commonly known that we have five senses, these are all the receptors the human body has.

The major sensory organ receptors that I know of are our eyes, nose, mouth, ears and hands. These organs are sensitive to the things surrounding our bodies and through it we can see, smell, taste, hear and touch or feel. Without such organs, we cannot function and cope normally in our environment.
