Blackwing makes healthy red meats, pork and poultry- it's not exotic, per se, more as it is well raised and healthy- perhaps not the usual grocery store meat. They have bison, ostrich, a variety of poultry including guinea hen, pheasant and duck, what would've been "normal" 80 yrs ago when people farmed and hunted for their meat,organically fed and raised.
