Do not use antibiotics that haven't been prescribed by a vet, and especially no penicillin. It is extremely dangerous and could kill your pet. Go to a vet for diagnosis.

You can find some products at the big chain pet stores but I have always used equal parts vinegar and water in a squirt bottle to treat them.
