Tea has always been known to be a diuretic, especially green tea. There are other things you can drink too, such as coffee, cranberry juice and dandelion tea. Also, there are foods such as asparagus, parsley, artichokes and melons which can help. Along with this you should avoid eating foods with too much salt.

Most teas that you need to boil water for; are good diuretics. If you're looking more towards foods, try some putting more citrus fruits into your diet, just don't over do it.

Different Types of fruits and vegetables are the best source. Prunes are also an excellent diruretic. Another option is to use a juicer and add in a mixture of carrots, tomatoes, and celery or you may do the same with fruit using apples, plums, grapes, and banannas. Dirivitives of the grape family are excellent for this such as raisins.
