There are tiny white specks on the leaves of my hibiscus which fly when touched, and the leaves are sticky. How do I eliminate this problem?

There is a sticky residue on the glass table where the plant stands.

Tiny white specks on plants that fly when touched are white fly. There are several ways to eliminate white fly such as yellow sticky strips (traps) sold in garden centers, neem oil and Marathon insecticide.

It sounds like you have somehow gotten a parasite on them and they will cause more trouble than they are wotrth you need to check with your local greenhouse and they will be able to tell you what you can use to get rid of them. Or try doing a net search.
