Should you wash commercially frozen produce before cooking it?

No it is not necessary to wash frozen produce. Produce is blanched before it is frozen so that any bacteria that is on it will be killed. You would just be wasting water.

I don't. If you are really worried about dirt or pesticides, you can, but I'm sure everything would burn off when you cook it.
