Should they make it illegal to own a Humvee?

No they should not make it illegal to own a Humvee, because what you drive should be a personal choice. A better way to help the environment would be putting a tax on carbon, which would make gas more expensive. This would discourage people from buying Humvees because of the extreme cost of gas.

I'm not entirely sure it should be illegal, however perhaps some sort of tax which can then be funneled into carbon offset programs or something to reduce the impact.
