Should they change the age to 21 for children to leave home legally?

No, this is too old. Children should be establishing their independence and parents should be preparing them for adult life well before this age. They can choose to stay at home until this age but it should not be mandatory.

Since most college students and military recruits are under 21, it doesn't make any sense to change the age when someone can leave home legally. If a person is old enough to go to battle, they should be old enough to leave home
