If there is a company policy against fraternizing, and your co-worker knows your feelings and reciprocates, then you should resign. If there is no anti-fraternizing policy, and your co-worker has rebuffed you, and you cannot control yourself, then quit. If there's no policy and your co-workers ok – go for it.

No, you definitely should not. Crushes come and go, and your job is more important. Also, dating a co-worker is not always a terrible thing, just not your boss.
