Should I have painful breasts after childbirth?

Your breasts are painful if you do not pump the milk and it builds up. If you breastfeed that should take care of it. If your baby does not take all the milk pump it and freeze it for later.

Sometimes your breasts can be in pain, especially if you are not breastfeeding. After birth your milk starts to come in. If you are not expressing that milk, your breasts can become engorged which can be painful.

No one should have pain, However, this is very common after giving birth. The milk ducts and several glands in your breasts are undergoing hormonal changes.

No! not at all ,you donot have painful breast after child birth. Infact you get relieved as your breast milk starts to flow. You just keep your nipples clean and apply mild lotion once in a way as your breast is wet quiet some time. yes it can be painful if your baby bits you.
