Pain in your lower back during pregnancy is very normal, the pain is caused from pressure from your growing uterus onto your sciatica nerve.

Sometimes, it could be associated with how you are carrying your child. Some women carry their children in their hips so that may be causing the pain. Notify your doctor.

It's normal. You are carrying a lot more weight than you are used to carrying. Not to mention this extra weight is off balance compared to normal weight gain. This causes pressure on your back, which in turn causes back pain. Try using an ice pack or having your partner massage your back.

Especially if you have back problems to begin with, it will only get worse. You are caring alot of extra weight and sometimes baby can push on your back.
