yes; toyota 4 runners are real rugged and they run forever, if you take care of the engine and chassis. not only that, parts for 1990's toyotas are real cheap and you can find great deals online, or check with your nearest pep boys and/or napa autocenters nearyby. the old saying, "toyotas run forever".

you shouldn't get rid of it because everything is fixable. just wait you never know when you will need it. just wait till you get the money to fix it.
