Most likely your mosquito bite has turned black because you have been scratching it. Most of the time this coloration is caused by a collection of blood in the area, similar to a bruise. It could also be dirty, wash it thoroughly and stop scratching.

If you are sure it is a mosquito bite, apply ice or wash the bite with soap and use anti-itching cream. Consult your physician if there are allergic reactions.
