Only if it is in the context of a play-relationship game that you play. If it extends outside the bedroom and into the real world, you are showing no self-worth and will likewise never command any respect from neither your partner nor anyone else. All that said, if your culture makes you feel comfortable in that role, go for it!

A relationship is a give and take partnership. So, there will be times and situations when you should be submissive and the same applies to your partner. Just make certain that you are submissive because you choose to be and that you are not the one who is constantly submissive.

If that is something that excites you than go for it. There are several happy couples in the world living the BDSM lifestyle, however this lifestyle does not work for everyone, so you will need to discuss things with your partner and see if you are comfortable being submissive to them.
