You don't have to wait at all after birth contol to start trying! You may get luck and catch your first post birth control ovulation. However don't be discouraged if it takes a few cycles for your body to adjust to life without birth control.

Once coming of the patch, it is recommended by some doctors to wait for three months before trying to conceive.

It depends on the effectivity of the drug innyour boby but most of the time less than a year or two you could make it already. It also depends on a person's age of course the younger you are the better.

It is different for every person. I was on Ortho for 6 years. When I went off of it it took me 13 months before I conceived. I have known others that have gotten pregnant within a month of going of their birth control. If you are young and in good health, you should conceive within a year.
