Should I be concerned that my daughter is going to the bathroom (to pee) more often after her shot?

What type of shot are you talking about?? Usually shots, unless their are diauretics, will not incease unrination. I have never heard that puberty inceases the peeing. But if it is signifigan (amount) and it is a constant problem, and is associated with greater thirst or tiredness-- SEE MD ASAP

This is not a sign of puberty. She could be drinking more fluids after the shot. It could also be due to a urinary tract infection (UTI). I recommend that you call her pediatrician and discuss this.
