Like many reptiles and amphibians, baby leopard geckos shed their skin as they grow larger (they grow out of their old skin and their body creates a new one. To make the shedding process easier, you may consider spraying water on your gecko -- that will make the skin easier to shed.

No, you should not be concerned if your baby leopard gecko sheds its skin because this is the natural process of the gecko. All gecko's and lizards must shed their skin every year because they grow out of it and the skin doesn't change with them.

Geckos such as leopard geckos shed their skin at certain temperatures and at the certain humidity levels in their tanks. I had two geckos, one an African fat-tail and a leopard, and each shed their skins once a month and both lived normal life spans. You can try to help the process but pull very gently to prevent injury.

No, this is completely normal for geckos. You only need to worry if it hasn't shed the skin completely, or is showing other signs of illness or distress.
