Yes, there is such a thing as anti glare, or anti reflection for eye glasses. They add an extra coating on the lens.

There are various coatings offered when eye glasses are being chosen. One of these is to prevent glare so you would be able to pay an additional fee to have this applied to the lenses when you buy them. I do not believe that this coating can be added after you have bought the glasses, but perhaps you could inquire.

Yes, eye glasses can have an anti-glare coating applied to them. They must be perfectly shaped before the anti-glare polymer can be applied to them, which means it must be done when they are made. You can order these from an optometrist.
