Yes you should be concerned about feline stomach swelling. Stomach swelling is a sign of several different serious illness such as heart failure, neoplasia or a blockage in the bowel. You should contact your veterinarian or take your cat into into a veterinary clinic for a full health evaluation and diagnostic testing.

Unless your cat is pregnant, yes, you should be very concerned. This could be bloating due to illness, allergy or poisoning, or an indication of kidney problems which can accelerate very quickly, and be fatal before you even know your friend is ill. Cats try not to show pain, and hide illness, so please consult your vet.

Yes, that's an unusual symptom. If it lasts for more than a day or two, or the cat stops eating or starts acting distressed, take the cat to the vet.

Yes you should. A lot of times when this happens there can be worms present. The best thing you could would be to take your cat to the vet for a routine checkup.
