It could be some normal secretions from the anal canal or mucus. Need to be concerned if there are any blood stains in the secretion or presence of frank blood in stools.
If you pass only clear fluid instead of stool, it can be liver disorder, colon disorder or diarrhea. Go to your physician, examine stool by pathologist, undergo colonoscopy.
Normal mucous secretions may pass out as clear liquid which should not cause concern. Infective pathology should be ruled out in presence of symptoms like fever,tenesmus or assocoated diarrhea.
