Anytime you have bleeding while pregnant you should seek out your OB/GYN. Many times, spotting during pregnancy is normal and not a reason for alarm, HOWEVER, you should not make this judgment yourself. It can also be a sign that something is wrong. Get it checked out!

Chances are it's nothing, but yes, you should initially concerned, and you should contact your doctor. If you do not have an OBGYN, then you should go to the local clinic to get checked out.
