No. Have you talked about credit? What happens if one of you cannot pay? Money is a common fight between married couples. I feel it would be a mistake.

No, you should not do it, because a boyfriend /girlfriend relationship is not a law binding relationship. He could not pay and there is nothing bidding it to you or to him. Like you guys could end things and who gets the house.

Yeah, you should probably do it. However, make sure the paperwork has your name as well as his, not just his, in case something happens. Make sure that you both legally own it if you're both paying for it. That way you avoid a headache in case something bad happens between you.

No you should not. Buying a home is a serious commitment and responsibility. Wait until you are married if the deal goes bad you will be damaged financially indefinitely.
