Absolutly not. If they use it as a to put down their fellow African-Americans then why is it considered a "bad" word and insulting for a "white" person to use it?

Personally I don't think they should be able to use that word. It's derogatory. If they don't want anyone else to use that word or call anyone that I think they shouldn't use it. Rappers say it all the time and call their friends that so the younger generation now thinks it's okay to say that word.
