A swelling stomach is not normally considered a symptom of a kidney infection. Symptoms include pain when passing urine, a constant feeling of needing to pass urine, fatigue, mild fever and/or pain or tenderness in the lower back or abdomen. For other symptoms, it is best to consult a physician as they may indicate a more serious problem.

Yes the swollen stomach is the only symptom for the kidney infection. So it is better to get consulted with a good doctor so that it may be easily controlled before any disaster.
