pain

Question by  dazzlingmemories (1)

I have unbearable pain in my upper abdomen a month after being treated for a kidney infection. What should I do?

The pain went away when I took the antibiotic, but now it's back, only in my stomach, which is really swollen. It hurts so bad it's difficult to breathe.

The swelling is an indication of fluid and inflammation. You should see your doctor immediately and report your status to your surgeon.

If you don't need to urinate excessively, and no blood or pus in your urine, then it's probably not another kidney infection. Take painkillers and see your doctor.
