Should my nose still hurt a lot if it got pierced a month ago?

It moves really easily. If I accidentally brush it with my hand, it will slide out. If I truly wanted to, I could take it out and change it, but I don't think it's ready. There's a large sore red bump inside!

Sometimes it takes a good while for a piercing of this type to heal. Remember it's always moist to an extent in your nose. Just make sure you don't have an infection going on. An infection anywhere around the face can be dangerous. I'd give it a little longer and if it still isn't healed see your doctor.

That sounds like the piercing is infected, within a month it should have already been healed with little to no pain left. You should take the piercing out and thoroughly clean the infected area with rubbing alcohol. Keep it clean and dry and see if the pain subsides.
