Outside of Israel, how is the Seder on the first night of Passover different than the Seder on the second?

I know that outside of Israel, Jews have two Seders, one each on the first two nights of Passover; but, I wonder, how do the two celebrations differ, if at all?

It is very common for jewish holidays outside of Israel to be celebrated longer than those in Israel. One explanation I have heard is that in the old days it could take over 24 hours to relay information such as when the holiday began, thus the tradition of spreading the holiday out over 2 days.

The second passover is really for those who missed the first. It also marks the counting of the Omer. There would be no requirement to recite the 4 questions either.
