A traditional passover dessert in our house is candy dipped dried fruit and nuts, especially prunes. "dessert stones" of chocolate of every color wrapped around fillings can make cairns indicating the wilderness wandered in for so many years. Jordan almonds and mint chocolate lentils make for a fine sandy base for the pile of chocolate etc. stones.

Good desserts for passover might be a crumb cake, Lemon Meringue Cake, chocolate mouse torte, chocolate chip cookies, or coconut cake. They would be made in a kosher manner.
