You can appeal your worker's compensation claim if it has been denied. Most worker's compensation policies have a 2nd level appeal process in which you need to file an appeal within 45 days of receiving the formal denial. This needs to be submitted in writing.

If you can prove that the witness lied, you can file an appeal. You will need to have an attorney work with you because filing the appeal will have to have cause.

There are many instances where people with claims jump through hoops, or are downright denied. Your best bet is to get an attorney who specializes in Workman's Compensation claims.

When your Workman Compensation has been denied to you, because the witness lied then you make a written appeeal to the Appellate Authority stating the reason of the lie of the witness. The authority may accept your appeal and call the witness again.
