Most likely he will have it for good, it will just get smaller as he gets bigger. My female pitbull has a white line on her forhead that was big when she was born but now you can hardly see it unless you look closely.

The answer is maybe. If it is a scar then it will eventually heal and turn dark but if he was born with the mark it will most likely say.
