Try adjusting your screen resolution to a higher setting. You can perform this by going into control panel then selecting "Display" if your a Windows XP. Click on the "Settings" tab and adjust the slider-bar to a higher setting then press "Apply".

First, you'll want to see if you can see part of it. Hover your mouse near the edges of the screen. If you see a little double-arrow cursor appear, click and hold, and then drag it towards the center of the screen to expand it. You can then click and drag it if it's postitioned wrong.

Usually this only means that its hidden. Try to move your mouse to the very edge of the screen (in all directions if bottom does not work). The taskbar should slide back into view. If you dont want this to happen again, right click on an empty space in the taskbar>Properties>Uncheck auto-hide taskbar.

Your taskbar is likely hidden. Place your mouse at the bottom of the screen, hold down the left mouse button and move the4 mouse up.

You should try rebooting your computer. Also sometimes the taskbar is set to autohide or is resized badly. Check your control panel!
