Take your puppy to the vet as he may have a neurological problem relating from a disease. Many diseases that show themselves at a young age (distemper, parvo) display neurological symptoms if not treated in time. Your puppy will be able to live if the symptoms are not too advanced but get him to a vet immediately.

Most tremors in new puppies are from being nervous. Find what calms the puppy either with a warm towel/blankets, a ticking alarm clock or just being held. Also remove any loud noises from his bedding area.

Your puppy could have some king of neurological disorder. You should take it to the vet to check for that. Are you sure that your puppy is having tremors? It could be shaking if it's really cold or is uncomfortable. Either way, the puppy should go to the vet to make sure nothing is wrong neurologically.

Your should take your puppy to the vet because it may have shaky puppy syndrome, also known as shaker puppy. These tremors are caused by a congenital birth defect and your puppy may need to be treated with steroids for the rest of his life.
