She probably has an upper respiratory infection. To clean her eyes wet down a cotton ball with warm water and rub gently in just one direction to keep from hurting her. You should make her a vet appointment ASAP left untreated URI's can be serious, especially in a young kitten.

Well first you should try to take a damp rag with warm water and place this on the kitten's eyes to try and loosen up the mucus. If this doesn't release the eyes then you should take your kitten to the vet. But more than likely it's probably just a mucus build up.

Get a washrag wet with warm water and dab it over her eyes to remove the eye boogers. Don't get it too hot though. Then take her to the Vet.

You can take a warm, damp washcloth and very carefully try to wipe away some of the goop which might make it feel better. Then you should definitely call your vet.
