My kitten has cancer and my other has had foamy pee and is constantly producing bloody stool. Does my second kitten also have cancer?

In all likely hood,no. If the first kitten had similar symptoms, it may be wise to seek a second opinion. The second kitten should be taken to a vet.

You will want to take your cat stool sample in to the vet, could have parasite and that is easy to check. Your cat could have other digestion problems.
