First, try a plunger. If that does not work, unscrew the trap in the pipe below the sink and clean that out.

You will need to get a little dirty. Start by removing the trap under the sink, clean all of the debris from the trap and reinstall it. If this does not work you will need to use a hand or electric snake to free to clog in the pipe.

You can put drono in the sink and leave it there over night. It will flush what is causing it to not drain.
